Beaches

Kapparis has several beaches, many offering access to the crystal-clear waters of the Cyprus. Find the perfect beach for you and get all the details before your visit.

Malama beach, also called Skoutari has a narrow strip of sand with sea eroded cliffs and beautiful green trees. The shape of the rocks makes it a very well protected “sea pool” that is quite shallow for some distance out. It is a great beach for families with children. There are 3 cliff caves you can explore!

It is a small beach with about three rows of sunbeds with steep cliffs and rocks. Kapparis is also called Maad or even Firemen’s beach as police and fire services M.A.A.D has a headquarters nearby and Kapparis is used for sea rescue training. The surrounding area is very scenic and this is a good area for walking trails. The beach is sandy and the water shallow.
Ayia Trida is a well sheltered sandy beach with good road access. The enclosed bay has an attractive fishing boat harbour and a small church that gives the beach its name. The beach has all the normal tourist facilities and there are good walking trails both north and south.
Armyropigado beach, also called Scouts beach (because of the scouts camping site nearby) is the last beach before the Turkish occupied territory. It offers sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and toilets. There is also a small kiosk for snacks and drinks.
For all dog lovers, this beach is the perfect place to take your best friend to to play or swim while you may use one of the free sun-beds available. It is a very friendly dog beach with all nationalities and all different sizes of dogs.
